Returns & Exchanges

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, we will ask for personal identification and a return will be provided at current price on a Nordstrom Gift Card.

To return items purchased on UrbanOutfitters.com, the UO app or by phone, follow these easy steps: 

1.Find Your Order Number 

If you have a account, sign in and go to your Order History. Select the order you want to return and click View Details. Next click the Create a Return button - now you're ready to create your return! Don't have a account yet? Guest orders and orders received as gifts can be found by checking Order Status. 

2.Print Your Return Label 

After you've created a return, follow the instructions to print your pre-paid return shipping label. When complete, you'll receive an email with tracking information and a copy of your return label just in case you need it. 

3.Attach Return Label 

Next, get your package ready to mail back to us. Add your items and tape your package securely. Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package. You're all set! Just drop your package in the mailbox, give it to your postal carrier, schedule a free carrier pickup, or take it to any authorized USPS facility. 

If the clothes do not fit you, they must be submitted within three days after you receive them, otherwise we will not return them.

Return shipping labels are only available for orders shipping to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for return processing. You will receive a refund notification from us when your return has been processed, and refunds will take an additional 1-3 business days to credit back to your original form of payment.
